How long is the delivery duration?

All Custom Phone Case Are Pre-Order & Custom Made Products

Pre-order items take 10-14 business days to post out upon payment verification & design confirmation. We cannot ensure every pre-order item is available and able to arrive on time until further update by suppliers. Thus, Customers have the right to request for the refund on the same value or change to others products if the pre-ordered items yet to arrive after 21 working days; otherwise, there are not allowed for refundable/changeable.

We strongly recommend Customers whom well patience to order those pre-order products.

By using our online shop and paid for your ordered items neither ready stock nor pre-order, represent that you have read, understood and accepted the above terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Delivery Fee & Shipping Time

– A flat rate of RM8 postage for West Malaysia & RM 13 postage for East Malaysia will be charged for each address. If you purchase 2 custom phone cases*(More than RM50), We will provide FREE DELIVERY to West Malaysia & only RM5 postage for East Malaysia. 

– All custom phone cases are pre-order so It takes around 10~14 business days( excluding weekend and public holiday) to post out after the design confirmation has been done.

– Sometimes we might have delay issue that’s beyond our control, such as: weather, custom checking, public holiday, COVID-19 etc.

– We will notify you the tracking number after we have posted your parcel. After your order has been shipped, normally it will takes 1-4 business days to reach your doorstep for area in West Malaysia, 3-8 business days to reach for area in East Malaysia.

* Business days =  Monday to Friday(Excluding Weekend & Public Holidays)

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number. Haven’t received an email? Please make sure you check your spam. 

Can I cancel my order?

When you have chosen a bank transfer and haven’t make the payment, you can cancel your order. When you have already make the payment , please contact us right away by emailing us or find us in the live chat. We can only cancel your order when it’s not in production yet.

What to do when my item is damaged?

Please send an email [email protected] or contact us via live chat button to with photo of the problem. Contact us right away and we will offer you a good solution.

What to do if I have not received my order?

There can be a slight delay on the delivery so please don’t worry too quickly. However when your order is way too late, you can send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat.

How do you charge for shipping ?

A flat rate of RM8 postage for West Malaysia & RM 13 postage for East Malaysia will be charged for each address. If you purchase 2 custom phone cases*(More than RM50), We will provide FREE DELIVERY to West Malaysia & only RM5 postage for East Malaysia. 

For Shipping to Singapore , we will charge a flat rate of RM38 and there is no free shipping offer.

Do you ship internationally ?

Currently we only ship within Malaysia & Singapore. If you have intention to buy our products from other countries, you may contact us by email to [email protected] or you can direct message us by using the live chat !

Where to find your tracking number?

Once we have shipped the product, you will receive your tracking number in the email you provide to us, which you can then use to track your parcel at the official website of each courier service company.


How to change shipping details after order is placed?

You may drop us an email at [email protected] or find us at the live chat as soon as possible. Once the parcel is sent out, we won’t be able to help you change the shipping details.
