How long is the delivery duration?

The item will send out after email confirmation from the buyer and estimate to arrive to your delivery address within 10~14 working days (excluding weekend & public holidays) . Please note there will be delay on delivery duration during peak holiday day or season

Note: If the design confirmation isn’t made by customer, the item will not be proceed to the next step. (Either Printing/Delivery)

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number  Haven’t received an email? Please make sure you check your spam. 

Can I cancel my order?

When you have chosen a bank transfer and haven’t make the payment, you can cancel your order. When you have already make the payment , please contact us right away by emailing us or find us in the live chat. We can only cancel your order when it’s not in production yet.

What to do when my item is damaged?

Please send an email [email protected] or contact us via live chat button to with photo of the problem. Contact us right away and we will offer you a good solution.

What to do if I haven´t received my order?

There can be a slight delay on the delivery so please don’t worry too quickly. However when your order is way too late, you can send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat.

How do you charge for shipping ?

We provide FREE DELIVERY within Malaysia for orders over RM120 and above. A flat rate of RM8 postage for West Malaysia & RM 13 postage for East Malaysia will be charged for orders below RM120.

For Shipping to Singapore , we will charge a flat rate of RM38 and there is no free shipping offer.

Do you ship internationally ?

Currently we only ship within Malaysia & Singapore. If you have intention to buy our products from other countries, you may contact us by email to [email protected] or you can direct message us by using the live chat !

Where to find your tracking number?

Once we have shipped, you will receive your tracking number in an email, which you can then use to track your parcel at http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/ (Please allow some time for PosLaju to update their system)

How to change shipping details after order is placed?

You may drop us an email at [email protected] or find us at the live chat as soon as possible. Once the parcel is sent out, we won’t be able to help you change the shipping details.
